A Texas pastor is peeved after a car salesman allegedly sent nud3 photos of the religious man’s wife to a swinger’s website.
“My husband took a photograph of me at a pri.vate moment in our home. I never imagined anyone else would see it,” Claire Gautreaux told the CW33.
Gautreaux and her pastor husband Tim were in the market for a new Prius at Texas Toyota in Grapevine in January 2015. They downloaded a credit application to the pastor’s cell phone and gave it the car salesman.
“He said it would be used for the financing transaction. I was shocked when I found my private photos had been looked through, then sent to an email address that was connected to a swingers website,” Tim Gautreaux told NewsFix.
Tim was stunned to discover his wife’s nud3 bathtub photo appeared when the phone was returned and even more shocked when he found out two photos had been emailed.
“I feel that my privacy and dignity were taken away, and I believe Toyota should be held responsible for what happened,” Claire said.
Now, the couple has enlisted legal heavyweight Gloria Allred to get some form of justice — and compensation.
“When Tim inquired about this individual, he was told that no such person worked there,” Allred said. “That was not true. That individual, who is currently facing criminal charges, was one of Grapevine Toyota’s new car sales directors.”
The famed feminist lawyer is suing the dealership for an undisclosed amount.
Texas Toyota would not discuss the allegations because the matter is before the court.
Matthew Luke Thomas, 44, the car sales director, who allegedly found the nud3 photos of Claire Gautreaux is charged with computer security breach, a class B misdemeanour.
