Watch: Babes Wodumo Appears In Court, Found Guilty!
Last week, a warrant for the singer’s arrest had been issued after Babes and company were accused of assaulting a woman during a house party in March.
The woman assaulted had since opened a case against Babes Wodumo and sister who were involved in the incident.
As a result of the assault, Babes and her sister were due to appear in court last week Friday but failed to do so, the prosecutor then issued a warrant of arrest for both of the accused which was eventually granted.
On Monday afternoon, Babes and her sister managed to make an appearance at the Durban Magistrate Court, the sisters were found guilty of contempt of court and were fined R1,000 or 30 days in jail.
