PICS: It Doesn’t Always End In Tears…Muvhango Sisters Simphiwe Ngema And Phindile Gwala Happy With Foreign Husbands

Former Muvhango stars Simphiwe Ngema and Phindile Gwala-Ngandu have shown that dating and getting married to foreign husbands does not always end in tears.

The two talented and beautiful actresses took time off their busy schedules to go on a road trip with their foreign husbands. Phindile and Simphiwe who played the roles of sisters Thuli and Nonny on the SABC soapie Muvhango are quite close and have become sisters in real life.

Despite both of them leaving Muvhango, the pair have remained close and recently went on a road trip together with their foreign husbands Tino Chinyani and Armando Ngandu.

Phindile was once criticized for dating Armando Ngandu who’s originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo. However, the talented actress paid no mind to the naysayers and got married to Armando after dating for two years. Phindile has repeatedly said that

“My husband is one of my greatest decisions”

Simphiwe was also strongly criticized for dating a foreigner as well after the couple announced that they were expecting. Simz and Tino Chinyani have since welcomed baby Tiyani Kemorena Michael Chinyani.

An emotional Simz thanked Tino for teaching her to live, dream, and love again. She also thanked him for understanding that she has burdens to carry and that she does not need him to carry them. When baby Tiyani was born, she said that she loves Tino unconditionally, more than she has ever loved before.
