Adult Content Creator’s Drug Use Raises Concerns: Samke’s Struggles and Weight Loss Spark Worries

Samkelisiwe Nkwanyana, also known as Samke from This Body Works For Me, hails from Ulundi in KwaZulu-Natal.

After completing high school in 2014, Samke enrolled at Walter Sisulu University to pursue a BCom in economics. However, after becoming pregnant, she changed her major to education and successfully obtained her degree.

Samke describes herself as an independent person who prefers to take care of herself and doesn’t engage with others too much.

Having witnessed her mother bringing various men home during her childhood, Samke developed a belief that she could fulfill her needs through relationships with men.

This led her to utilize her body to achieve her goals, as she believed “a girl has to do what a girl has to do.”

Eventually, she created an OnlyFans page after her content gained popularity on social media.

Samke faced bullying and criticism on Twitter, which led to a breakdown but also taught her to love and accept her body.

She has earned a significant amount of money, approximately R50,000, from her content creation.

Samke believes that South African society is not yet ready to accept or decriminalize adult entertainment workers due to its tendency to impose its own beliefs on others.

Despite her upbringing influencing her choices, she asserts that she engages in this work because she loves it and has chosen this path for herself.

Recently, concerns were raised about Samke’s appearance during an interview, as she appeared to have lost a significant amount of weight.

She attributed her weight loss to her introduction to drugs. This revelation has left people worried about her well-being.
