Babes Wodumo Returns Home to Recover and Prepares for Festive Season

South African singer Babes Wodumo, real name Bongekile Simelane, has reportedly returned to her parent’s house after being discharged from the hospital.
Recent rumors about her critical health condition were denied by the singer herself, as she shared a video of herself freestyling while driving. However, it is now revealed that she was indeed dealing with a lung-related issue during that time.
Currently recovering at her parents’ home, Babes is focusing on getting herself fully ready for the upcoming festive season.
Additionally, reports suggest that she is working on her late husband, Mampintsha’s final album, as he had produced music before his passing.
The singer has found it challenging to return to the house she shared with Mampintsha, as it is now a busy studio filled with people recording music.
Given her health condition, Babes has been unable to participate in gigs arranged by her sister, who is her manager.
The singer requires sufficient rest to heal and recover, and it is hoped that she will make a full recovery before the festive season kicks in.
