Actress Lehlohonolo “Hloni” Padi was recently mugged. The actress, who has appeared in shows such as Rhythm City, AboMzala, and Muvhango, is in shock after she was roughed up by criminals.
She recently took to Twitter and shared she was still in a state of shock and that she’s in pain as the tsotsis left her bruised.
“I got violently mugged yesterday. I’m still in so much shock. My body is bruised and I’m in pain. I’m just not ok,” she said.
Shortly after sharing the news, industry colleagues and friends, as well as fans, comforted her.
Samora Mangesi who hosts Real Goboza said: “I’m sorry my friend. You may not be okay, at least you are here and you are going to be okay.”
Cassper Nyovest said: “I’m sorry this had to happened to you.”
Lesego Ramalia said crime in the country is disappointing.
“So sorry to hear that Hloni. The crime in our country is truly disappointing watseba. Take care of yourself.”
Phoenix Baaitse said: “I am sorry you went through this trauma.
It’s so upsetting and traumatic. I know what it’s like to go through that and it’s the worst thing. I am so sorry, my friend.”
