Actress Mo Setumo Finally Speaks On Witchcraft Claims

Mo Setumo became a household name when she bagged the role of Mmabatho on Mzansi Magic’s The Queen and as her fame increases, the beauty has been involved in a couple of scandals.

In 2018, the media personality was allegedly on the receiving end of a spell. According to an article published by Sunday World, Motsoaledi fled her home after she found her car covered in what looked like blood.

The paper alleged that the actress suspects that someone is trying to ‘cast a spell on her.’

Speaking to Sunday World, a mole said that Motsoaledi is frightened because she thinks that people who are jealous of her are allegedly trying to kill her.

In a recent interview on the Fresh Breakfast, the beauty set the record straight, speaking to Fresh she rubbished the rumours and claimed that she just wanted to move:

“Witchcraft is supernatural powers, right? So how can I run away from Kagiso? Will it not reach me in Fourways? It was fake news. I moved because it was time for me to move from home.”

She explained that the rumours were hard for her family:

“My family is like: ‘If it in the papers, it is true.’ It is so difficult to explain to my 82-year-old grandmother that it is not true … Now we have trust issues because who would possibly call the papers to tell them that?”
