It’s been a couple of months since the actress and TV host lost her husband in a tragic car accident that also left her badly injured.
Kayise has been sharing her journey to recovery both physically and emotionally and also a single parent left for her son. In a recent reaction to actress Zenande Mfenyana asked her twitter followers if they are financially prepared for any eventuality that may occur, for themselves or family members.
In response, Kayise got candid saying she was not prepared. “I wasn’t and it is my biggest regret,” she responded. The mom of one explained in another post how being a newly wed, life cover was the last thing she was preparing for.
”I’ve been reflecting a lot about the time Zuko was born. So much has changed in our lives since then. I knew about the importance of having life insurance to take care of our son if something happens to me or my husband. But to be honest, when you were married for a short while like I was, death is the last thing you plan for. I now know I should have and want to do things right,” she explained.
I wasn’t and it is my biggest regret.
