A cross section of South Africans have come up with the list of ministers they believed to be poor performers in their different portfolios. The initiative of identifying poor performing ministers was started by Mmusi Maimane– former DA national leader and now leader of One SA Movement.
In a social media poll question, Maimane asked which ministers are doing a horrible job in your opinion? I have my top five but I am curious to hear from you, said Maimane.
Minister of Transport FIkile Mbalula who has been in the news for the wrong reasons in recent made top position in most of the list made by many South Africans. According to the concerned citizen, Fikile Mbalula is the number 1 the worst performer because South African roads, trains, taxis, e-hailing all a mess and for collapsing Rail infrastructure.
RoseLungi @Miss_Lungi listed poor Angie Motshega top of the list performing ministers saying she made the list because South Africa education system needs improvement, and Minister Angie is not doing enough. “Good education offers an opportunity to live independently and be FREE. It’s our shelter against Financial storms and wrong decision making, says Lungi.

Others include Khumbudzo Ntshavheni Minister of SMMME and Minister of Justice Ronald Lamola as well as Minister Pravin Gordhan. Blade Nzimande the non communist for failing to implement free Education and still act as communist. .Bheki Cele for acting as a commissioner while he is a minister. Pravin Gordan was listed for failing to stabilise Eskom and SAA.
