Often times, we – as fans – are so fixed into spapie storylines such that they have become number one daily influence in our lives.
Little do we know that the characters behind the soapies are too impacted by such storylines.
Such is a tale of two famous Muvhango characters, Mulalo Mukwevho and Mulimisi the witch doctor.
A look into how they have transformed physically over the years says a lot about how they are enjoying their time on Muvhango.
Some shocking snaps have emerged showing how the two, Mulalo – played by Sydney Ramakuela and Mlimisi – played by Humbulani Tsharani have transformed from when they began featuring on Muvhango a decade ago to this day.
The pictures were shared on Twitter by Sydney Ramakuela. He wittingly thanked Muvhango and SABC for the huge transformation.

Sydney joined Muvhango in 2007 when he was only 19 years old. He became the youngest of them all on the show.
This was the time he was facing financial struggles in his life. He couldnt finish his schooling due to them.
“I was not born with a silver spoon in my mouth. I never had new clothes and my school uniform was always a gift from my neighbours…..I had to work hard for my success,” says Sydney Ramakuela, who plays the stubborn mayor Mulalo Mukhwevho on SABC2’s Muvhango.
Humbulani Tsharani, on the other hand joined the show during its open auditions two decades ago.
His childhood background is unclear, but if his pictures before joining are anything to go by, he comes from a humble rural background.
The two’s characters on the show have won so many hearts. No wonder Muvhango has become number one most watched SABC 2 show for so many years now.
