The Spokesperson for the Economic Freedom Fighters Vuyani Pambo said that the meeting between former President Jacob Zuma, Julius Malema, Dali Mpofu, Tony Yengeni and Mzwandile Masina went well today. Malema had earlier this week asked to meet former President Zuma for a tea.
What Masina went to the meeting wearing left people laughing at him. He was wearing tracksuits and tackies, while others were wearing formal. Some said even though he wasn’t going to work, Masina’s outfit is for gym and he should’ve put on something decent.
Thando Maeko said: “It seems like one person didn’t adhere to the dress code.”
As a well-respected politician, the executive mayor of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality (Masina), should wear something that would see that he holds high positions in the African National Congress. He can’t attend meeting wearing like this because some people see him as a role model.
They should’ve also adhered to social distancing and also wearing masks.
