Actress Kgomotso Christopher recently took to Instagram to share her Emsculpt experience. The Emsculpt is a muscle-building and body-sculpting procedure that gained much popularity after it was aired on one of the Kardashian episodes with Kim Kardashian-West.

The procedure is said to essentially cause 20 000 contractions in 30 minutes; the kind of contractions that cannot be achieved by voluntary muscle action.

“I tried the famous Emsculpt Machine, otherwise known as the “6pack-maker” featured in one of The Kardashian episodes (to be honest I’d never heard of it until I was told it would be delivered to the practice soon and I could try it) – It was scary at first, seeing that it’s the equivalent of about 20k muscle contractions at a go. Intensity level needs to go from 10-100. Session is 30 minutes,” Kgomotso wrote on Instagram.
