Following Lady Zamar’s explosive Twitter tweets; which revealed the most intimate and shocking parts of her relationship with Sjava, the ATM muso has not heard the end of it.
Despite releasing a statement, in a bid to ward off any suspicions including being labelled guilty because of his silence, the streets still want answers. However, the artist has decided not to address the matter at all because he has been advised to take legal action.
I am aware of the false allegations relating to abuse & assault contained in tweets by Yamikani Banda (Lady Zamar) on 29 October 2019 and the media articles based on those allegations. On the advice of my legal advisors, I am pursuing the matter through formal legal channels.

The notion ‘innocent until proven guilty’ does not seem to apply to many people; especially looking at the state of femicide and women abuse in the country. To many, Sjava is guilty and nothing he says will change that. More so, when the Ugogo hit maker continues with his business, he is said to be heartless and showing no remorse.
The continued negativity has triggered Sjava to release a final statement in which he told fans he will not speak of the allegations ever again.
Good morning here is my final statement on this matter🙏🏿 pic.twitter.com/sqPYqX6xnx

Many feel as though this is the last time the matter will be heard of and Lady Zamar’s cries (like many women in SA) will fall onto deaf ears. On the contrary, some say Sjava has every right to defend himself as a person accused.
Why are people acting like Sjava isn't supposed to defend himself??. Its the law!! Thats not to say that Lady Zamar is lying, but everyone deserves to tell their side of the story, rightfully so. & this thing of taking up sides on twitter,of people you don't even know is weird.

Sjava is behaving like a narcissist when you have been violated by someone you love it takes time to even figure out that you’ve been abused, still I applaud Lady Zamar for coming forward with her story, case or not,I do believe her because I am a man and I know how men behave

The case has been taken to the high court and neither Sjava nor Lady Zamar are obliged to speak on the matter further.
