The Fergusons Are In Mourning
South African film and television producers, Shona and Connie Ferguson are mourning the death of the Ferguson patriarch, Mr Peter Harry Ferguson. Judging by the Instagram captions from both Connie and Shona, one could sense that, indeed Ferguson senior truly served the family wholeheartedly, Including a special moment when he officiated Shona and Connie’s renewal of vows ceremony, after being married for 10 years at the time.
Taking to Instagram, both Shona and Connie Ferguson, respectively posted these heartwarming tributes to Mr Ferguson senior.
Shona’s caption was quite lengthy, therefore an extract from it reads as follows: ”It’s my birthday today and it finally hit me that I will never hear you say “ Happy birthday Sho” again. I miss you so much, dad. You called me “Dup” (Duplicate) growing up coz I looked so much like you. You taught me how to be a man. How to be there for my family. How to protect them & provide for them. You taught me to put GOD first, that JESUS CHRIST is LORD and SAVIOR. When my wife & I renewed our vows you officiated the ceremony. I will forever cherish that moment. I have never met anyone in my entire life that has faced the battles you had. Physically and otherwise.”
Connie Ferguson wrote the following on her Instagram: ”SPECIAL does not even begin to describe you!❤️ We love you Fah, and will miss you dearly. The moments spent with you will forever be entrenched in our memories. Heaven has gained a soldier!🙏🏾 ❤️#RIPPeterHarryFerguson.”
