Zikhona Sodlaka is one of South Africa’s most celebrated actresses.
She has appeared on several local productions such as Generations and The Housekeeper.

Zikhona Sodlaka was born in 1985 in the Eastern Cape but she grew up in Kwa-Zulu Natal. She later attended school at Excelsior Senior Secondary School in Umtata. Sodlaka then completed her Matric at Warriors Rust High School in Margate.
After her Matric year, Zikhona studied Business Administration at Shepstone College.
She then started her acting career in 2006 when she got a role in an SABC1 drama series known as Tshatsha during its 4th season. She has also appeared Muvhango, and Rhythm City, After 9 and Soul City.
She also played a starring role on the e.tv soccer drama Shooting Stars and she appeared on several television productions that included SABC 1 Shakespeare drama – Entabeni.
In 2016 Sodlaka showcased her gospel music at the Gospel In Me Concert.
Apart from appearing on television dramas and venturing into gospel music, Sodlaka is a philanthropist and she started her charitable organisation which she named the Zikhona Sodlaka Foundation.
The actress has also become influential on social media as well.
