AKA hits back at Bonang

It has been less than 6 months since fans were rocked by news of the country’s IT-couple, Bonang Matheba and Kiernan ‘AKA’ Forbes, splitting up.

Considering the fact that they got together while he was still with his ex-girlfriend, and the mother of his child, DJ Zinhle, and that their relationship was rocked by rumors of cheating, many speculated that, that was the reason they broke up.

However, following AKA’s reaction to the first episode of the second season of her show, we have reason to believe that she may have been in the wrong.

Shortly before the season premiere, the rapper popped all the way off in a long rant, seemingly aimed at Matheba as promo clips for the show seemed to allude to the fact that his name would directly and indirectly, come up a lot this season.

In a series of since-deleted tweets, the rapper hinted at the fact that they had an agreement to never publicly speak about what transpired between them. He went on to express disappointment at the fact that Bonang would speak about it in her reality show and hinted at the fact that he also had a few things to say about what happened.
