Senzo Meyiwa’s widow Mandisa Meyiwa exposes Senzo – Besides Kelly Khumalo, he also slept with my best friend

A book about the late Orlando Pirates Goalkeeper, Senzo Meyiwa reveals different versions of him and details his cheating escapades, whilst still married to Mandisa Meyiwa.

In November 2019, ZAlebs ran a story about the existence of a book, detailing the chronicles of Senzo Meyiwa’s life. The book was written by self published author, Soweto Mandlakazi and it will be officially launched on 21 February 20 in Durban.

Unsurprisingly, one of the pivotal character’s is Senzo’s widow, Mandisa Meyiwa. In the hopes of sharing her truth about the state of their marriage, some parts are straight up bombs.

In an article ran by Sunday Sun, Mandisa Meyiwa revealed that, her late husband was a casanova of note, and that he regularly cheated on her, including sleeping with her best friend at some point.

This scandal in particular nearly broke Mandisa, as she tried to commit suicide as a result of the affair.

This book simply wouldn’t be complete without a mention of songstress, Kelly Khumalo. The 35-year-old star was dating Senzo Meyiwa at time of his passing and they share a daughter, Thingo.

In regards to the Kelly + Senzo saga, Mandisa wasn’t shy to tackle this painful chapter.

“When we started with Senzo, we had nothing and yet when he had everything, he wanted Kelly.”

Although the situation was too much to bear, Mandisa wasn’t oblivious to the love that Kelly Khumalo had for her husband.

“I know we have both lost someone we loved deeply but I believe everything happens for a reason.”

“I have learnt that, as a woman, you can do everything for a man. You can change a season and bring winter in summer but when he wants to leave you, even if you buy him something more expensive than a Hummer Kelly drove, he will find a reason to leave. ” Reads one of the extracts.

The book reveals a lot about the late Senzo Meyiwa. Every chapter gives more insight into who he truly was.
