Tgom Teases Return To The Queen

Tgom Had twitter at a standstill tonight when she tweeted another cryptic tweet which had fans assuming it’s about her return to The Queen:

There’s this thing I want to share with you tonight. I know you heard about it but I’m here to confirm it, with evidence nogal! I’ll tell you at exactly 9pm. No one in the South of Ah knows but me. Call it an EXCLUSIVE if you may. Tonight at 9pm right here, akere? No lies, struu!

However, when 9pm struck, the tweet turned out to be nothing more than a movie about Viola Davis’s movie: It’s 9pm! You asked if there’s a Queen.

Yes, there is! Here’s Queen Viola Davis like you’ve never seen her before! Ladies & gents, the official trailer for the long-awaited Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom. U heard it from this Queen first!#maraineysblackbottom

There have been talks for weeks that the actress might come back on The Queen, as the show’s viewership ratings have been declining since the Mabuza matriarch was killed off.

This was followed after her cryptic tweet which she posted a few weeks ago, which prompted fans and the media to assume that the Fergusons might have called for her return.

She tweeted: That awkward moment when you fire someone to protect your image then later having to bring them back to…yes, you guessed it… to protect your image. Bophelo ke telenovela ya Borwa.

Chuene was fired from The Queen after she reportedly sided with the actress; Vatiswa Ndara who wrote an open letter accusing the Fergusons of mistreating and underpaying actors. Ndara and The Ferguson’s were supposed to start shooting Igazi season two but production halted due to salary disagreements.

Rami Chuene played the character of TGom, the matriarch of the Mabuza family, who was also in the drug business like the Khoza’s and Sebata’s.

During her appearance on Dinner at Somizi’s the actress said she was open to returning to The Queen, provided the Fergusons were willing to listen more.
