AKA Murd*r Accused Denies Being A Spotter, Says He Was On A Date At Wish

AKA Murd*r Case Twist: Accused Denies Spotter Role Amid Shocking Revelation

Lindokuhle Ndimande, one of the five suspects charged in the murder case of renowned rapper Kiernan ‘AKA’ Forbes, refutes allegations of being a spotter in the chilling incident.

Details emerged during the bail hearing at the Durban Magistrate’s Court, where Ndimande and four others faced charges related to the tragic deaths of Forbes and his friend Tebello Motsoane.

The accused, including Lindokuhle Mkhwanazi, Lindani Ndimande, Siyanda Myeza, Mziwethemba Gwabeni, and Lindokuhle Ndimande, are accused of conspiracy to commit murder, among other charges.

According to KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner Lieutenant General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, the suspects had distinct roles, including spotters, shooters, and coordinators.

In a surprising turn, Ndimande denied being a spotter, claiming he was at Wish Restaurant for a date that never materialized.

Advocate Simphiwe Mlotshwa, representing Ndimande, stated in the affidavit that his client was unaware of Forbes’ presence and was left in shock upon learning of the shooting.

“I dispute any notion that I was a spotter as I wasn’t even aware that the first deceased (AKA) was around,” Mlotshwa affirmed during the court proceedings.

The revelation adds complexity to the ongoing investigation, shedding new light on the roles played by the accused in the tragic incident that shook the nation.
